According to the analytics, we have much in common — our love for pasta and our appreciation for convenience! The slow-cooker and slow-roasted recipes were a top choice in 2018, as well as to-die-for pasta dishes in the forms of extra cheese and summer corn. The mac and cheese recipe is especially special, as I carefully prepared the dish (béchamel and all!) for my and Alex’s one-year wedding anniversary. And yes, we did serve it on our fine wedding china.
