Shipping

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is included in the $48/box retail price.

When will my box ship? The Caramelized Supper Club's next delivery is scheduled for November.

Where can my box ship? The Caramelized Supper Club can ship to any residence in the United States.

I never received my order. What now?  Domestic packages are deemed "lost" after 30 days from shipment date. Please wait until that time to contact us. We will then replace the missing item if it is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be given a refund in the form of store credit for any lost item.


Billing

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you may cancel a monthly subscription payment plan at any time by emailing Customer Service.  If you cancel within 30 days of a Caramelized Supper Club shipment,  your subscription will discontinue after that shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept? All major credit cards are accepted, including American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

What is the return policy?  Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase.
