Sweet Potato Sunrise Muffins

Rise and shine, sweethearts! Lately, I've been re-evaluating my morning fix, especially after cleaning too many egg pans and smoothie blenders instead of being productive with work or a workout regimen. At the moment, nothing seems to beat an energy-packed paleo bite that solely requires a pop in the microwave and a complementary cup of coffee. Plus, the filling and fulfilling recipe aligns with the #weddingdiet. I can't wait to hear what y'all think!

Thanks to Adam Stowe for the recipe recommendation!
