Chopsticks "Place" Cards

The beauty of a dim sum/appetizer gathering is the freedom from a seat! And since a sit down set-up is not required for this affair, substitute traditional place cards with chopsticks tags. You’ll avoid confusion and create an instant sense of “place” for your party-goers.

To make a "place" card, write each guest's name with your provided Le Pen (my favorite writing tool in the world!) on the edge of provided aqua squares. Fold one half of the square over the other, and secure the edges with a piece of double-sided tape. Slide your chopsticks set through the loop, and display the chopsticks name-side-up on the coffee table right before supper.
