1 jar drained @matiz_foods canned piquillo peppers from Buster’s Butcher, seeds removed (unless you prefer the heat) and diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
Handful green parts of a green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Generous pinch sea salt
