Whereas mornings are my favorite time of day to rise with the sun, sip coffee slowly in a cozy oversized cardigan, and develop content for this site, the time I spend in the kitchen does not correlate to the quality of my morning meals.

Breakfast should be savored as one of the most nutritious, hearty plates of your day, so I’ve gathered a handful of my favorites to provide your morning meal prep some inspiration.
